Nick White is an Artist, Illustrator, Animator, film maker, musician, baker of bread, breather of air, maker of lists but more importantly he is the new Illustration tutor on BA Graphic Arts.
In his professional capacity Nick has worked with the likes of Eye magazine, Little Brown, The L.A Times, The New York Times, Bloomberg Business week and The V&A to name but a few. Has exhibited all over the place including Holland, Belgium, Corsica and Liverpool. He even drew this gif. (Click on it.)
Nick will be working across the three years of illustration but mainly with the second year. During a recent drawing workshop (images to follow) and under Nick and fellow Illustration tutor Sarah Langford’s supervision, the students drew both ‘ A porcupine in love with a balloon.’ and ‘ A helicopter called Susan.’ He is pleased with this start.
