The first year illustration students spent the day recording and responding to different types of information. They were asked to look, and record, listen and record. This challenged their mark making and image making abilities by responding to narrated text, 3d objects, and film, whist being encouraged to consider the amount of time, information, and importance they gave to the information they were receiving. The day ended with the making of a publication of the collectively selected highlights.
